About the founder
Faridana Dilangeez
Faridana has spent more than 15 years as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at CMS, FDA, the Department of Labor, and SBA. She has worked on platform strategy, cloud modernization, AI-enabled automation, and portfolio governance, in environments where compliance and continuity can't slip.
At ICF she served as a program lead on federal modernization engagements valued at up to $49M. Before that she grew a Maryland infrastructure contractor's revenue by 28% and led delivery for SBA's National 7(j) Program. Today she also directs business development for PM4Change, a nonprofit providing pro bono project management to mission-driven organizations.
She trained in political science and international law, so she reads policy and regulation as carefully as she reads a requirements document. That helps her align executives, engineers, and oversight bodies around one plan.
